MODEL ELEVEN
Unagi Model Eleven redefines electric scooters. It's a scooter that sets the bar for portability, power, and comfort. Unagi believes the trade-offs outweigh the benefits with most electric scooters - too heavy, lacking power, and a jarring ride - so Model Eleven removed them. Model Eleven is the first two-wheel device to use a space-age material called long carbon composite, allowing the use of carbon fiber in complex molds and shapes where traditional carbon fiber does not work. It’s used in the entire frame -from the handlebar to the forks-making Model Eleven light enough to carry. Model Eleven comes in at an ultralight 32lbs. Other true, full-suspension scooters weigh over 45lbs!

Unagi approached GBA after a crazy successful Kickstarter campaign with the challenge of ramping production of the Model One. GBA engaged with multiple strategic resources to work with Unagi to meet their growing demand.

Anova approached GBA in the early stages of M&A discussions with Electrolux. GBA was engaged to help tell the Anova story. GBA worked with the small internal team and China-based ODM to develop and present strategic product roadmaps, engineering, IP, and process materials. As product roadmaps became clear, there was a need for rapid development of new products and supply chains to meet growing market demand. GBA took on a strategic leadership role to lead product development and sourcing for the new products.

We're on a mission to stop the spread of illness. Join our network of over 2,000,000 intelligent thermometers.
Kinsa approached GBA with the need to develop a new generation of products to replace their initial headphone jack thermometer. GBA’s initial focus was working with the Kinsa product team to develop a product roadmap, allowing the company to scale its user base and increase data collection. With the roadmap defined, GBA executed cost-focused Asian ODM-based development efforts to deliver Bluetooth in-ear and digital phono port thermometer products.

VIAWEAR is a technology company that specializes in designing wearable smart devices. Tyia is an intelligent bracelet that alerts users to important messages through subtle vibrations and color changes. Tyia was acquired by Richline Group, a jewelry subsidiary owned by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway.
